3 - Select multiple with shift and ctr click

It would be nice to e able to shift click to mar them all and click join once and ctrl click to select a few if we want.

Alternately or additionally a button to join all would be very nice, like this: http://war.curseforge.com/projects/sjab/

Instead of shift click o ctrl click, there could be a checkbox (default to on) next to scenario name to choose which scenarios to join when you click Join All :) Checkboxes are much more easy to understand than just highlighting ;)

I will add the shift click functionality like the one you know from list box in the windows. The join all functionality is already in there.
