Enemy Target Ring

This addon simply puts a ring around your friendly/hostile target, so it stands out of the crowd, or shows you the general direction of where that nearly-dying Witch Elf is, thats just never in line of sight.
I realize that this concept is not quite new, but I just wanted a simple addon that shows my target in the game world, and nothing else.

Slash config: /tr or /targetring
on - enables the addon
off - disables it
friend - toggles Friendly Target Ring
enemy - toggles Enemy Target Ring

Dependencies:
This addon requires LibSlash for slash commands.
