V 2.2, this edition is released because of some SVN errors i have occurred that didn't allow me to properly tag my files, no different from v 2.2 (which you may not see)

Updates:

-Buttons in the bar changes to meet the new pages.
-New Pages Added , Kills and LoTD unlocks
-Kills have been separated from the rest of the bestiary as they are repeated in all 3 and are not zone specific.
-Land of the Dead zone has been created to detail the land of the dead unlocks, may soon also include some other data.
