38 - Second Bar at bottom of Screen

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I would like to see a similar bar at the bottom of the screen, incorporating the targets (Your Status, Primary and Secondary target).

This could also incorporate other tings (the Party button for example). The space that may be left open then, could be used to superimpose the Menu Bar.

I love how neat the Waargbar is, and I think a bottom bar would make the whole UI fantastic!
