41 - Frames show up after closing Layout Editor (2.1.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Layout Editor
2. Close LE
3. Option windows should pop up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing, #3

What version of the product are you using?
current

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no

Please provide any additional information below.
Gets irritating.

this has been fixed as well, and will be in the next version of the cloned project... most likely going with version 2.1.2, as I said in other ticket, trying to get a few more things in prior to pushing. New version will be up shortly.
