3 - Keep icons, progression icons, percentages fade over time
The window is great, but it'd be nice to have an option to set a fade timer for information. If a keep isn't under attack it's status isn't too important to me. If a zones percentage isn't changing then it isn't really that relevant either.
If the icons all became 100% when you moused over the window it'd be nice, but otherwise having things fade reasonably quickly would allow me to quickly identify relevant info.
