Added optional dependencies to the mod file
Added 1.2.1 game version tag
Set saved variables to be global (allows one gamestate for all characters/servers)
Added localization
Added a custom achievement page for Pairs (Tic-Tac-Toe will follow soon). To see it, you'll have to install the addon LibAchievements!

Many small fixes, corrections, removed comments and cut debug output
Windows are no longer registered in the ui manager (they won't appear when modifying the ui)
Windows' settings are no longer saved as it wasn't necessary anyway
Pairs: Picked (but not completed) cards will reset when leaving the game or reloading the ui (you no longer have to remember that single picture that's already turned as the first card).
