Wikki's Cooldown Pulse

Wikki's Cooldown Pulse flashes the icon of an ability on the users screen when an ability comes off of cooldown.

You can move the wcdp window using the Layout Editor. To configure the addon you can use /wcdp if you have LibSlash installed.
