Issues with /reloadui should be fixed.

Clicking apply on the Options window should now remove/show buffs immediately

Friendly target window should no longer show buffs.

Saved position of the Social Window Icon if you decide to move it.

All buffs is set to Not show should "NOT" show anymore. This should not break Bufftracker mods.

Added menu to select options (type /wcleaner to launch)
Options to toggle Player, Group, Friend, Hostile Buffs
Added the ActionBarLock window and SocialWindowButton to the Layout editor

You can move them around, resize, etc.
You can also have them hidden by default through the /wcleaner menu

TacticsWindow will now save it's location and scale and reset on player zoning
