24 - Text Customization

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I haven't seen this option so far unless I'm missing it. What I would like to be able to do is change the order where a spell name is in relation to the spell amount number. Similar to what we are able to do with the spell icon. Sometimes I would like to switch the order so that the text is always on the same side as the spell icon.
