25 - Career Resource Alert and Choppas/Slayers

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

These two classes both rely heavily on their class resource for their feel and gameplay, but only when it hits certain levels. I don't want WSCT to spam me with messages saying I hit 5/10/15/20 Berserk, as this does nothing for me. All I care about is when I hit 25+ Berserk (Furious!) or 75+ Berserk (Berserk!). Also, for when I drop out of combat and my Berserk begins to drop, knowing I just left Berserk for Furious and then into Normal would be nice.
