24 - Option to hide Career Text if at ZERO value

Please allow a toggle to hide the Career TEXT when the career's gimmick is at zero.  So if a Swordmaster is at normal balance ("0"), the zero is hidden.  If a Witch Hunter has NO accusations built, the zero is not displayed.
