Likort Oct 28, 2008 at 14:37 UTC - 0 likesnice, that was pretty much what I had in mind too but didn't have the time and drive yet to do it.
could you upload you 1.1.8 port somewhere (e.g. rapidshare) so I can have a look at it? I made a port at some point but it totally destroyed the waaghbar display while it was active thanks to random placement and my low resolution of 1280x1024.
for plugging back and forth I guess I'll have a look at how the InnfluenceText addon does it. it would be like [Select -> WaaaghBar Display in ContextMenu]->[Hide Window, Hide Nub, AddElement in WaaaghBar], and reversed when going back.
also gonna have a look at adding mouseover/mouserightclick event handlers manually in the lua file as plugins don't have xml files and waaaghbar itself doesn't have event handlers in it's xml file.
I'm a lazy guy and appreciate any help, so if you want to do the waaaghbar stuff yourself, I can add you to the list of Authors, we would coordinate/sync via the repository then I guess.

shockbeta Oct 17, 2008 at 01:26 UTC - 0 likesI ported 1.1.8 to waaghbar replacing the waaaghbar_stats plugin with one that was a mix of yours and waaaghbar's. If you want I can probably port the new version to be a plugin with waaaghbar or setup some code in yours to allow you to attach it to waaaghbar on the fly. Thinking instead of the nub a right or left click would show/hide the original stats window. Mousing over could give a tooltip of what was shown in your window, and whatever click is left to toggle options to pick what to show on the waaaghbar(gold, xp, rp, guildxp).

Likort Oct 16, 2008 at 02:39 UTC - 0 likesah ok, so you mean rather than showing the info directly in waaaghbar, which would use a lot of space, adding a Tooltip window that is getting displayed when mouseovering the XP/RP stuff? yeah that might be an option.

trulle Oct 14, 2008 at 16:27 UTC - 0 likesSpeak with Shakakaw (author of WaaaghBar), he made a dropdown window when you held over the xp or rp text. I dont know if he developed it further as its not in the current version of WaaaghBar but it was there in one of the older versions.

Likort Oct 08, 2008 at 18:00 UTC - 0 likesAlso, I need a more detailed documentation on how to create WaaaghBar Plugins. Please post a link to it.
The Info I wanna display needs so much space that I need to create a second WaaghBar or a second line. Don't know how yet.
