8 - Removing scrollbars

Would it be possible to remove the scroll bars completely from the chat interface? Currently you can hide them but they still show up on text updates and take up a fixed width on the left side of the chat box.

    I'm sorry it doesn't seem to be possible, there is something that happens when chat arrives (other then on CHAT_TEXT_ARRIVED) those message about guild taxes or people logging in, that cause the scroll bar to show.
