QuestTrackerHelper automatically changes which Quests are displayed on the Quest Tracker depending on your zone and the zone of the Quest. You can set it to display or not display Completed, Party/Group, Epic and RvR quests in different ways.

To access options use /qth which brings up a small GUI.
